This website is run by Arcturus Music Promotion on behalf of Rock Vixen, The Theatre Show ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described below. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights under UK GDPR.

Contact form

If you use our contact form we collect the name, email address, optional phone number and message you provide. We use this only to reply to your enquiry (for example about bookings or tickets). Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Messages are delivered to us by email and kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting booking, after which they are deleted.

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person and may process technical information about your browser and connection.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. It sets cookies and collects usage information such as pages viewed, approximate location and device type. It only runs if you choose "Accept" on the cookie notice. If you choose "Decline" (or do nothing) no analytics cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time using "Cookie settings" in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical request data (such as IP address) to deliver and secure the site. The site loads images and video from our own assets domain.

Third-party links

Our pages link to Facebook, Instagram and ticket sellers. These sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for how they use your data.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw cookie consent at any time. To do so, contact us via the contact form. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date above shows when it was last changed.
